Coaching Leaders and Teams is a rich and rewarding experience, but it can also be demanding and heavy to carry alone. Supervision provides a dedicated space to reflect, gain perspective and restore clarity.
Our approach is multidisciplinary, building on the collective intelligence of groups and individuals. With more than 20 years of leadership development experience, our specialty is supervision of leadership coaching and team coaching in organisations, particularly for pairs of team coaches working together for the same team.
