Case study Executive Coaching

The CEO of a national entity for a global organisation was given high growth targets, yet his hard-driving style alienated some of his key stakeholders. The coaching focused on changing his communication style from a directive to a more considerate style, and giving more ownership to his organisation.

At the end of the year the stakeholder interviews demonstrated a change to a more empowering and collaborative style. This gave more ownership to his team and resulted in more initiatives, which in turn improved results.
